How executive MBAs work
An executive MBA is the same degree as a full-time MBA, built for people who keep working. Most programs here meet on alternating weekends or for a few days each month and take 20 to 24 months; most keep one cohort together and include a global trip. Classes are mid-career: Wharton's entering class, for example, averages 14 years of work experience. Some employers pay part of the tuition.
